Subject of the Contract
The scope of these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) covers the products and/or services provided through the website operated by the Service Provider (hereinafter: Website).
The contract is concluded electronically between the buyer (hereinafter: Buyer) and the Service Provider, in the Hungarian language.
Ordering Process
The Buyer selects the desired product or service.
By clicking the "Order" or "Purchase" button, the Buyer submits the order.
The Service Provider confirms receipt of the order by e-mail.
The contract is thereby concluded.
Prices and Payment Terms
The indicated prices are gross prices, i.e., they include VAT (if the business is subject to VAT).

Right of Withdrawal (mandatory only for private individual buyers!)
Pursuant to Government Decree No. 45/2014 (II.26.), the Buyer (provided that they are a consumer) is entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal:
The Buyer may withdraw from the contract without justification within 14 days from the receipt of the product (or, in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract).
The intention to withdraw must be notified by e-mail or post.
The product must be returned in an undamaged condition.
The cost of returning the product shall be borne by the Buyer.
The Service Provider shall refund the amount within 14 days.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (if relevant!):
Products made to individual specifications
Digital content, if performance has begun and the consumer has waived their right of withdrawal
Complaint Handling
The Buyer may file a complaint using the contact details of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider shall record complaints in writing and respond within 14 days.
If the complaint cannot be settled, the Buyer may turn to a conciliation body (Békéltető Testület).
Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider is not liable for:
any technical errors that may occur on the website
misunderstandings resulting from the buyer's error
performance issues arising from incorrect data entry
Copyrights
All content on the website (text, images, graphics) is protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of the content is prohibited.
Other Provisions
The contract is concluded electronically; the document is not filed.
The contract is governed by Hungarian law.
The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally modify the GTC, which shall not affect previous orders.
